Aurora

Aurora is a three year old Corgi. She is spayed, fully vetted, and crate trained. Aurora is also litter box trained. This has been her routine since she was a puppy, and she is consistent in use. Though this is something new to us, we are aware of all the recent changes she has gone through, so giving her some consistency as we learn about dog litter box use has been in her best interest.

Aurora is shy, and has had limited interaction with other people, dogs or being outdoors. Most everything has been new to her since coming to the sanctuary, however she is showing us how curious she is to learn and has been so good with all the new experiences she has already encountered.

Aurora came to us as an owner surrender after a significant health decline rendered them unable to care for her. Through this abrupt change in her routine, she has been nothing short of resilient and affectionate. She loves love, loves people, is learning to play with the other dogs and really loves the cat. She has quickly learned fetch and enjoys her chew toys.

Aurora will do best in any home that offers lots of love and can show her all the new experiences and fun to life as a dog!
